1. Siapkanlah bubuk daun bidara setengah sendok the, jika belum menjadi bubuk maka siapkan 7 lembar daun bidara yang dihaluskan pada dua buahbatu<\/span>
2. Campurkan dengan air panas sambil diaduk-aduk untuk hasil maksimal dengan air hujan<\/span>
3. Bacakan Ayat Kursi , AlIkhlas 3, Al Falaq 3 , An Naas 3<\/span>
4. Tunggu sampai dingin sambil diaduk- aduk hingga rata<\/span>
5. Minum dengan menyebut bismillah<\/span>
